HOW TO USE THE TRANSFER MACHINE AND TRANSFER PAPER?

ATTENTION

1. Before using the mirror copy function, you should wait a few seconds for TPH heating; when the page is printed, the white paper of the copying paper should be stuck to TPH.

2. If you want to stop the copying mission, please press the key "STOP".

3. If the warning signal sounds, ERROR lights works and stop copying immaturely.

4. The Tattoo Thermal Copier is NOT suitable for the patterns with complex shadows and only can show a single effect.

FAQ

For machine printing random line or black line problem, please restore default setting & clean roller regularly! You can try this solution:

1. Press the "stop" button for 3 seconds, then you will hear a beep;

2. press the "mirror" button;

3. press the "copy" button.

For the problem of a paper jam, if the machine overheats, the paper will jam, please wait for the machine to cool down before using.

OPERATION PANEL INTRODUCTION:

PHOTO: The PHOTO light is on for image mode and off for text mode.

MIRROR: When the mirror light is on, the pattern is mirrored. Mirror effect: the top and bottom are consistent, the left and right are opposite.

DEEPNESS I: Transfer printing patterns with lighter lines effect.

DEEPNESS II: Transfer printing patterns with darker lines effect.

STOP: Press the STOP button to stop the transfer.

COPY: Press the COPY button to start the transfer.

POWER: When connected to the power supply and working normally, the light will be on.

ERROR: The light is to show that something wrong happened on the machine. When the TPH is overheating, the light goes on.

Simple Lines

Simple lines of the pattern can be easily completed transfer, and the transfer effect very well.

Complex Lines

Large areas of complex lines can also be transferred well. If you are a professional tattoo worker, this will effectively improve your work efficiency.

Light Color Background

Patterns with a light background and a small area of paint can also be transferred. But it's better to use a pattern with a pure white background.

Not Suitable For Transfer

Dark background patterns, large areas of paint, and complex shadows are not suitable for transfer. They will make the transfer effect is not good, or even cause paper jam.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

2.Paper jam

●Overheating of the machine will cause paper jams, you should wait for the machine to cool down before starting the transfer.

●The transfer pattern with complex shadows will cause paper jams, please choose a simple line pattern for transfer.

1.The transfer is not clear and accompanied by black lines

Restore default setting:

1). Press the "stop" button for 3 seconds, then you will hear a beep.

2). Press the "mirror" button.

3). Press the "copy" button.

Clean roller regularly:

Clean the black roller, thermal print head and white roller, regularly with a clean nonwoven cloth dipped in alcohol. Otherwise the color on the transfer paper will remain on the roller, resulting in unclear transfer.
