Awesome printer, and customer service was very helpful.I just purchased this Dtf printer and it took me few days to set up the software on my computer because my computer wouldn't pull up the videos to show me step by step, but however the book did help.Customer service was AWESOME, he walked me through everything and made sure I was set up and followed up with me to be sure I was good. Little pointers I needed to know I found on youtube like turning off the virus protection so the software can stick on the computer because I had to keep installing it over again. I am hopeful, excited and can't wait to get started. FYI you have to keep the software usb in the computer, I didn't know that til yesterday. 🤗🥰 I can't say it enough the customer service was the best and I LOOOOOVE MY PRINTER.

1 week with my DTF printer and LOVING IT!

I purchased this printer after having to return a printer from a big name company because it arrived broken and after a week of long nights with their tech guys I called it quits and returned it. I found this printer, which arrived in 2 days, and I’ve been very happy with Sissie and Jeeper from tech support (24/7) as well as the quality of printer. This DTF printer is much sturdier than the other brand and most importantly IT WORKED RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX!!! I’ve added a few pics so you can see the quality of prints. I’m still very new to DTF but this Lancelot DTF printer and film and ink work so well for me. I suggest you forget about this other brand and get one of these!!! I’ll come back and prove an update on a few weeks! Hope this helps you make a decision. Ohhh! I got the printer and oven for less than just the other one!

Once I got through to customer service the process was flawless, my only complaint would be I didn’t have access to all the apps to be able to communicate, once we started emailing and did a remote set up everything worked smoothly.
Two screaming babies and trying to set this up didn’t help but again thank you! We love the printer.

Great printer and customer service.Great printer. This is my first and I am clueless. Customer service does chat through WhatsApp. Sometimes they r speedy, sometimes slow to respond back, But, always there. Took me through total setup. Later helped me learn to clean heads and check them. So if I could complain it would be on me not knowing crap. There customer service puts up with me which says ALOT. I'm loving this printer. Ive had it about a month. Just wishing I could find big bottles of there ink to purchase. I'm only finding smaller bottles.
As of oct 18th. I have contacted them at least 3 times. Everytime through WhatsApp app. And Jeepers is the rep that helps me. He is the best. So far still good.
