UV DTF Printing Technology

The UV DTF printer(printing machine), as its title implies, integrates the capabilities of both a UV printer and a DTF printer (Direct to Film printer) into one machine.

Similar to DTF printing, the UV DTF process begins by transferring images onto films. However, unlike traditional DTF printing, UV DTF printing requires additional components: two types of films (a base film and a backing film), UV light to harden the color and varnish inks, and a laminator to bond the films together. It's important to note that UV DTF printers are not suitable for fabric printing; for fabric printing solutions, consider the A3 DTF printer, which is often regarded as the best DTF printer.

What the difference between DTF and UV DTF printing?

The DTF printing needs to be dried with powder to transfer, and need the shaker powder machine and heat
process when using it. DTF can only be used for the transfer of fabric.
The UV DTF printing does not require powder, does not need heating, and can be used directly after
printing, which is very convenient and fast.

How long can the UV DTF Stickers be pasted?

It is necessary to consider the material to which the UV DTF sticker is pasted and the environment.
In general, it can be used for a long time if it is pasted on a hard smooth surface material and the
environment is in the indoor normal temperature; But if it is in an outdoor environment exposed to the sun
and rain, often rubbing or high-temperature blisters. Such as tableware and hot water cup, cleaning and

The printer does not need to be used every day. However, if the white ink is not used for a long time,
precipitation will occur. If it has not been used for more than a week, turn the printer on for fifteen minutes
and then off. Because the ink will circulate automatically after the printer is turned on.
