DAISY IS VERY HELPFUL AND SWEET
Daisy is the best! She actually stayed there with me the whole time for hours making sure she would find the problem, she didn’t just seat around and do nothing. She makes sure she stays in contact with you and lets you know if she’s working on something that you can’t see. I usually am able to fix it my self but this time I couldn’t and she came through. She has also gave me the option to work on it super early since our times are different and it’s midnight for them. If you have a problem she’s your girl! She’s the best and I will only deal with her!

Great product with amazing customer service.I love crafting and gadgets so i just had to get a DTF printer. After reading reviews I decided to go with this one because of the quality and everyone raving about their customer service. I didn't do my research before purchasing and once I opened the box I got scared. The printer sat on the table for two months unused. Wires and ink still in the box. Finally one day I say let's just try. I reached out to customer service and between Jack and Kris they set up the printer and I instantly fell in love with my new machine. The quality of the prints is amazing and the color is very vibrant. I'm happy with my purchase.

Easy set up, great customer service.

The printer comes with directions and software downloaded with videos very easy to follow. I had a small issue with software I couldn’t figure out and they took care of it instantly , later that night I was printing beautiful work.
Before this I used a sublimation printer the dtf hack and it always gave me problems- it’s so nice to see a beautiful print being made with a nice whit layer to show up on darker fabric !
The customer service team was beyond kind and made my life a lot easier .
The software is self explanatory and the setup didn’t require much time .
Seeing different feedback I was hesitant but I reached out to a customer and they assured me the wonderful process they had- I’m so glad I did!!
For any one looking to purchase a dtf printer this was a WIN!
